Steps to reproduce:

The issue is hard to reproduce.
Here are the steps that led to the issue several times:
Login in fleet.securysat.com platform using following credentials
login: FirefoxSupport
password: EYWD

In the main page (see capture1.jpg attached), select the vehicle (1), it will be shown on the map.
Do not move anything and let the automatic refresh counter reach 0 (2, on the attached capture1.jpg)
Drag and move the map (3)

Actual results:

The vehicle flag is duplicated, one following the vehicle, the other one remains at the same place on the display, see attached video.

Expected results:

Map and vehicles must stick together when moving the map.

Thank you for your report. The information provided was quite helpful to try to reproduce the bug. Unfortunately, after several tries we were unable to reproduce it using the latest Release version 68.0.1 (64-bit) and latest Firefox Nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-12) (64-bit).

In the mean time, could you check if it's still reproducible on the latest Firefox Nightly release? You can download it from here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
