Whilst we're going to be looking at reducing the time for the search config tests in other ways, I know that having a lot of logging does slow the tests down.

There's one more bit of logging that we can take out, which cuts down the tests from around 17.5 mins to 13 mins on my machine.

Given we're going to add a bit more to them soon, I think that's a good idea.

I was going to keep it for added debug if something goes wrong, but seeing as these tests are stable, I think we can just drop it as we should be able to reproduce easily locally, and most of the failure messages would have that information within them anyway.

(and to be clear, we should still look at reducing the time further if we can).
