We now have a support forum for Lockwise issues. We need to include a way for our users to get to it when they have issues.
I propose we remove "give feedback" in favor of "get support" which links to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-lockwise
I'd like to confirm that's the right approach with Ryan. Otherwise we'll add it to the list of menu items we have already.

Sounds good to me. Thanks for confirming, Tim.

Who have you been working with on SUMO? Normally they generate special in-product URLs to use… did they give you one? If not, maybe we can request one here?

I just asked :joni. There are no special in product links for sumo forums to ask a question!
Here is the link:
https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/firefox-lockwise
In case I am missing something, I am need-infoin'g tasos and madalina. Tasos and Madalina please double check and clear the needinfo i got it right :-)

Indeed, there are no in-product links for forums but there are a few cases where an in-product link was created for the landing page of a product. In this case we could create an in-product link pointing/redirecting to:
https://support.mozilla.org/products/firefox-lockwise

Sandy, which one do you want?
- https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/firefox-lockwise (comment 4) or
- An in-product link for https://support.mozilla.org/products/firefox-lockwise (comment 5)
I think the latter would be better as https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/firefox-lockwise immediately takes me to a login page and once I login it loses track of where it was supposed to go and just takes me to my profile :(

(In reply to Matthew N. [:MattN] (PM me if requests are blocking you) from comment #6)

I agree with :MattN, go with option 2: "An in-product link for https://support.mozilla.org/products/firefox-lockwise (comment 5)"

This is for the mobile app, correct? If so, here's a link you can use: https://support.mozilla.org/1/mobile/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/firefox-lockwise
If you need one for desktop, please use this link: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/firefox-lockwise

In the code we will use
Services.urlFormatter.formatURLPref("app.support.baseURL") + "firefox-lockwise"

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-29) (64-bit) on Windows 7 c64, MacOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
- The "Send Feedback" option from the settings menu is replaced with the "Help" option.
- The "Help" option from the settings menu redirects to the "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox-lockwise?as=u&utm_source=inproduct" website.
