From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020712 BuildID: 2002071208 Changing font size in Preferences->Appearances->Fonts doesn't change the size of fonts actually displayed in the browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any web site at all 2. Go to Preferences->Appearances->Fonts 3. Make sure "Minimum font size" is set to None and "Allow documents to use other fonts" is checked. 3. Select new font sizes for Proportional and Monospace Actual Results: Font sizes stay the same (apparently defaults) Expected Results: Font sizes should change to whatever's selected in Prefs worked fine in 2002070108... I deleted Mozilla folder in Application Data to rebuild profile/settings to no avail... Text Zoom is a temporary workaround for this problem (on platforms/hardware where it's available) but is less than optimal
Check out the 2002071108 build. I think in this build the fonts are changing to whatever specified. The platform and the OS that I checked are the same as the ones you specified. So please check it out.
