There is a convention in Mac OS X (and possibly previous Apple OSs) that open
windows owned by the same program can be cycled through using the Apple key and
the ~ key. I often find myself using those keys to cycle Mozilla windows with no
affect.
The apple-tilda seems to work in all programs other than Mozilla and the Finder.
