Inside nsMsgCompFactory, there are some Porg ID that have an X in front of them. They need to be removed "Xcomponent://netscape/messengercompose/quoting" "Xcomponent://netscape/messengercompose/smtp"

alecf actually already fixed this. re-assigning to him so he can mark it fixed. I used LXR and there were no other Xcomponent:// references, so we are ok.
