when opening new browser windows program stalls for approximately 15 to 30
seconds.  This happens both when I chose the "open in new window option" or when
dictated by web page.  It does not happen with tabbed browsing.  New tabs open
almost instantly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click and hold
2.Select: "Open Link in New Window"
3.Wait and wait and wait for window to pop-up

Actual Results:  Wait and wait and wait for window to pop-up

Expected Results:  Window should have opened up almost instantly

This has been a problem since Release version  1.0.  It was not a problem with
earlier versions. 

In case its relevant I also have Netscape 7.0 on my machine.
No similar problem with OmniWeb

WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002071208. New windows open in approximately 2
seconds.

Scott, can you reproduce this problem using a new Mozilla user profile? How
about with a more recent nightly build?

Not sure if this is the same bug. When I launch Mozilla 1.2a in Mac OS X 10.2 it
starts up but never creates a new empty window. No matter how long I wait - it
never creates a new window. You can not create any windows using the menus
either. Menus are still active and you can quit the application - but thats
about it.
