Context menu should offer to open bookmarks in multi-account containers

Details
When multi-account containers are enabled, the context menu for links includes an entry to "Open Link in New Container Tab"
Unfortunately, this option is not available for bookmarks, and instead requires an extension like Open Bookmark in Container Tab.
It would be nice if this were possible without extensions, matching the behavior of in-content links.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable multi-account containers
- Show the bookmarks toolbar, bookmarks sidebar, or history sidebar
- Right click on a bookmark or history entry
Expected
- I am able to open the bookmark in my "Work" container
Actual
- There are no context menu entries for opening the bookmark in a container

Hi Dan,
I've chosen a component for this bug. If you consider that there's another component that's more proper for this case you may change it.
Best regards, Flor.

We'll leave this for addon devs to add.
