Like in Translate.Current, we should ensure Fluent translations are stored serialized with default Fluent serializer settings.
Right now if you submit a suggestion in Translate.Current and then later somebody tries to Approve it using the Save button in the Translate.Next, another translation is saved - without the trailing newline.
