With WebReplay on, pause in code.
Tested on https://firefox-devtools-test-inline-preview.glitch.me/.
AR:
InvisibleToDebugger variables with undefined values; and inline preview bails.

This patch fixes the scopes previewing issue, though I don't know how to turn on inline previewing so I'm not sure if it is fixed as well.
