There are still many open bugs classified as "Graveyard" which should be closed.

I would like to contribute to this, but I am not sure how. Is there a tool I could use to bulk close 2522 bugs?

Unfortunately this is not something you can help with because the way we close large amount of bugs is using a script that has to be ran on the actual server. Only admins have access to login to the server. Thanks for the offer.
Due to the impact of a non-privledged user closing graveyarded bugs I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX.
That bugs are in the graveyard is enough of an indicator that that are no longer valid.
If there's a specific need we can deal with that on a case-by-case basis in separate bugs.
