Steps to reproduce:
- Save a photo from a web page to an iMac folder.
- Try to scroll in the web page using the vertical gesture on an Apple Magic Mouse.
Actual results:
The page zooms.
Expected results:
The page should scroll as usual.

I tested this on iMac Os X 10.14 with a magic mouse on FF release 68 and FF Nightly 70.0a1(2019-08-19) and I can't reproduce it. Can you specify the exact web page where you encounter this issue?
Please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

My apologies. The unwanted behavior I reported seems to be caused by an add-on called Zoom Page WE. I had forgotten this was installed. In fact, I've forgotten why I installed in the first place. I should have checked my add-ons before reporting the problem as a bug.
