Steps to reproduce:
Nightly.
Go to about:preferences#privacy > Autoplay > Settings.
Observe the popUp UI.
Actual results:
There are no options to manually add sites to the list (such option is present in 68.0.2)
Expected results:
There should be an option to add sites manually to the list.
