on the top frame, there should be a menu.

it doesnt appears because the frameset page contains this code :

but menu_apropos.htm works fine with moz so they should change their sniffing.
using "if (!document.layers)" instead of "if (navigator.appName=="Microsoft
Internet Explorer")" should be enough.
