Website addresses in the logins manager at about:logins do not meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 or higher.

This should be done globally in common.css (which is out of date with the photon spec).
The photon spec says it should be blue-60 (which does meet the correct contrast ratio), whereas at the moment we're using blue-50.
Component: Password Manager → Themes
Summary: website address in logins manager does not meet wcag color contrast requirements → Increase contrast of light theme links in in-content pages
