Steps to reproduce:

an important crash last week, session restauration on Friday.
I followed your instructions with « about:crashes ».
When on the page, I noticed that my crash reports (most of them reported) are ending December 2018. 2019 reports are missing, so I cannot send you the identifier for the last crash last week !

Actual results:

Expected results:

I should have been able to see the crash reports (sent or not sent) for 2019, and been able to send you the identifier for the last crash. This last crash has brought bad consequences and I would have loved you to work on this !

I always keep Firefox opened on my laptop. Friday, when I came back, it opened on : « restauration de session ».
The restauration was not complete, it opened only one Youtube (Manifest teeth binaural rythms), but did not reopen the 2 Facebook pages, and that is terrible, I explain why : April 11th 2019, on my main computer, FB decided that my usual page Anne Montreal does not exist anymore, they want to oblige me to use Anne Bessin (my real name), which I will never do ! In spite of many messages to them, they persist. But on my laptop, since I always leave Firefox opened, (and my FB 2 pages I never disconnect), I had been able to go on using my Anne Montreal profile, Friends, recordings, wall, etc ..., without any trouble.
Since Firefox crashed, that automatically disconnected my FB 2 pages (remained opened), and now, I do not have any access to my Anne Montreal profile and page. This is very bad, especially that I had recorded for further use a few articles on the smartmeters to send for a lawsuit in Montreal. I really need to find back my Anne Montreal profile, and with the identifier of the last crash, you could work on that, but I do not have this identifier, as I explained above !
Thank you so much for working on this important case !
I want to mention that I have been among the first Firefox users, as soon as it was created, (after Netscape navigator), and I am giving you big advertising among my known people.

Hi Anne,

I am sorry to hear your troubles with the lost Facebook session and the consequences of it. Unfortunately, Firefox can't preserve your Facebook data forever, especially if the account itself is being modified and managed by Facebook.
However, there are a few things we could try to recover:

1. How did you save the articles? Bookmarks, download or anything else?
2. For the crash reports, you can check them on your computer besides about:crashes. To do this, follow the steps:

• Go to about:profiles
• Search for the Firefox profile in use - it should have this written under the profile name "This is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted."
• Click on the first "Open Folder" button from the Root Directory row
• Navigate back to the main Firefox Folder

Here you will have the folder with the crash reports (pending [Unsubmitted] and submitted), check them out and see if the 2019 reports can be found here. Attaching screen recording for the above steps.
Please answer to my nr.1 question and let me know how the search for the crash reports goes.
