Hi adizergu,
Thanks for creating this ticket.
I tried to reproduce the issue reported on Ubuntu 18.04 using the latest Firefox Release 68.0.2 (64-bit) and Firefox Nightly version 70.0a1. When I open the settings to choose another download folder, I see the option "+ Other Locations", that have the different partitions listed. (I'll attach a screenshot in my next comment)
Is that the option you are not seeing on your end? Please check if you are able to see this option by using Nightly. You can download the latest version from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Also, check if this happens with a fresh profile. To create a new one, you have the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Lastly, test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
Please see if this problem is reproducible in other browsers, like Chrome, Opera, etc.
If there is any other info you can provide to help us figure out how we can reproduce the issue please share them.
Regards,
