On the latest MacOS X builds (i'm using 20020712 at the moment) the context menu becomes inactive from time to time. To resolve I have to restart Mozilla. A faster way is to switch to another application and then go back to mozilla. This resolves the problem but only temporary. I checked the bugzilla-db and it could be that this bug has something in common with this closed bug 78725. regards, Stefano

Could you be more specific. When you inactive do you mean the context menu will not appear, or that it appears but clicking options on it has no affect?

Well it works for me, Nightly build 2002071403 Mac OS X 10.1.5

Hi there! Know I tested it with the following build "2002071503" and the results are the same. I'm using following config: OSX 10.1.5 512 MB RAM B/W G3 400MHz Could it be some incompatibikity with the IntelliMouse Explorer-Software i'm using MS IntelliMouse Explorer / IntelliPoint Driver 2.1.0 ? regards, Stefano
WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002071508. Stefano, are you using some button on your mouse specifically for contextual menu access? Can you also reproduce the problem using the old control+click method? Can you reproduce the problem using a new Mozilla user profile?
Hi there! I'm using the right mouse button for context menu (right mouse is default in intellipoint for context menus). Control+click also produces the same effect. I already tried several times with a new Profile, but the results where the same... Regards, Stefano

No! With the newest builds (Mach-O) the problem is gone for me. Since Chimera came out I only tested randomly how the new Mozilla Builds were. Thanks for asking it's fixed for me. Kind regards, Stefano
