The Java plugin (1.3.1 and 1.4.0) does not start the paplet on that page. Netscape Navigator 4.77 with the same version of the Java plugin shows the applet.

Confirming with build 2002071408 and Netscape 7b1. Java plugin 1.4.0_01 WinXP. Both Mozilla and NS7 are unable to load the page because of the applet and get totally locked and unresponsive. I had to kill the tasks. Setting OS to All and severity to major.
