Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox;
  2. Input about:crashparent and press Enter;
  3. Click to enable Allow Firefox to contact you

Expected result

  • text is centered inside the text box;

Actual result

  • bottom spacing is bigger than top one

Regression range

  • not a regression, reproducible on really old builds such as 36.0a1;

Additional notes

  • attached screenshot with the issue;
  • Windows version is 1803;
  • the "issue" would be even on older WIndows versions such as 7,
    but the styling of the OS doesn't make it stand out as much as per WIndows10
