I believe this is a mistake. Bryan updated the spec with the None Detected section and I think this is the design equivalent of "bitrot" causing the spec to regress. Notice how the actual dots that give the color values are matching the colors in Nightly. I will follow-up with design, but I am tempted to resolve this bug already.
