1575334 - TypeError: t.getRevisionHref is not a function when TH is opened in new tabs

This has started occurring throughout this shift now. When a TH tab is opened, whether in a new tab or from an external page e.g. push link from a Bug description, this error appears:

TypeError: "t.getRevisionHref is not a function"

This is still happening constantly, attached the capture.
