I have a lot of trouble reproducing this, but can consistently get it to happen
with the files i'm about to attach. I'm currently running 20020715 on Linux.
Steps to reproduce:
Untar the attached file into, say, /tmp
Fire up Moz and type "/tmp/1.png" into the URL bar. The first image will show.
Now edit the URL bar and change the 1 to a 2. The second image will show.
Now click the back button. The URL bar says it's showing 1.png, but the image
shown is 2.png.
