1575565 - The "Firefox Lockwise" logo should be hyperlinked and should redirect to "about:logins" page if it's clicked

[Notes]:

• This functionality will be very useful for users in the following situation:
  • If a user use the "View Saved Logins" context menu option from a website, the "about:logins?filter=[website_name]" page with the filtering for the website is opened. In order to clear the filter, the user needs to delete the "?filter=[website_name]" from the URL.
  • If the "Firefox Lockwise" logo will redirect to "about:logins" page, it will be more easy for the users to clear the filter.
• In the current behavior even if you delete the filter from the Search bar then refresh the page, the filter is added back since you are still on the "about:logins?filter=[website_name]" page.

[Affected Versions]:

• Nightly 70.0a1

[Affected Platforms]

• All Windows
• All Mac
• All Linux

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with multiple saved logins.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the latest Nightly browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to "about:logins" page.
3. Click the "Firefox Lockwise" logo from the top left corner of the page.
4. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The logo redirects to "about:logins" page.

[Actual results]:

• Nothing happens.

Mass removing [skyline] and [passwords:management] from about:logins bugs which are no longer useful.
