Steps to reproduce
- Go to Facebook.
- Click on the shield icon.
- Observe in which section the Social Media Trackers are placed.
- Turn off Tracking Protection.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3.
Expected result

- Social Media Trackers are in the "Blocked" section.

- Social Media Trackers are in the "Allowed" section.
Actual result
-
- Social Media Trackers are in the "None Detected" section.

- Social Media Trackers are in the "Allowed" section.
Regression range
- I don't think this is a regression.
Additional notes
- This bug is reproducing on multiple sites: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- The list with the Social Media Trackers is populated, is not empty.

This is by design, we're only blocking third-party trackers. The on/off issue is covered by bug 1575811, I think.
