It would be nice to revisit the UI / UX of selecting a thread
selecting a thread currently does:
- update watch expressions
- IF paused, update callstack/scopes, go to the debug line
other things we could do:
- highlight breakpoints that belong to that thread
- highlight the sources that belong to that thread
