Hovering over search results should trigger a tool-tip with the full value where the match was found. This is helpful for results where the text gets cut off and the user might for some reason what to glance at the full value.

Encountered a bug with the tool-tip window. You can see the right side cuts off. This happens in others places as well. Not sure if its a known-issue. If you hover over resources, same thing.

@jdescottes - do you know if there is an open bug for the tool-tip issue we talked about last time or is there a patch already?

Hi! I don't know of an existing bug for this, and I couldn't reproduce the issue on OSX, so it might be a windows only issue?

It would be interesting to file another bug, and do some more testing:

• does it only happen for title tooltips in devtools? (try with a title attribute of a similar length, but in a webpage)
• is it a regression? (try devedition and release channel)
