Some tests seem to pass on Debian 10 platform that otherwise fail on Ubuntu 16.04.
Since the switchover to Debian 10 is not happening for a while but these results should not pollute the baseline pushes, adjust the expectations in a way that does not break existing Ubuntu 16.04 test expectations.
