The 'Save changes' buttons are disabled after submitting changes which get rejected and using Back button (e.g. if bug summary is too long).

Component: Bug Creation/Editing → User Interface: Modal

I think this is not a regression but will take a look. Guess the button has to be re-enabled when the pageshow event is fired.
