Affected platforms

• Windows 10 x64
• Windows 7 x64

Preconditions

• Firefox is launched
• the user is logged into Sync with a breached account

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to "about:protections" and inspect the Firefox Monitor cards.

Expected result

• The icons for "Email addresses being monitored.", "Known data breaches have exposed your information." and "Passwords exposed across all breaches" are centered.

Actual result

• The icons for "Email addresses being monitored.", "Known data breaches have exposed your information." and "Passwords exposed across all breaches" are not entirely centered.

Regression range

• This is not a regression.

Additional notes

• Not reproducing on Ubuntu and OS X
• please observe the attached screenshot

I'm unable to duplicate this, though I am not sure I can see what the issue is.
On windows it looks as if the icons are 1 or 2 pixels higher than on mac, is this the issue?

Yes, that's the issue, and it only occurs on Windows machines. Let me know if I can help with more info.
