Bug page header shows nicknames rather than full names even if you're logged in

- Log into to BMO and load any bug page.
- Click on the arrow next to "CC" to show the list of people who are cc'd.
Expected results
The list shows full names (if you are logged in).
Actual results
The list only shows nicknames, even if you are logged in. You have to hover over a nickname to see the full name.
This is a recent regression, presumably from bug 1344091.

This is not specific to the CC list: the Reporter and Assignee fields are also affected.

This is actually an intentional change to solve Bug 1549335. We gonna use nicknames in more places.

That's unfortunate :/ I find nicknames to be much less informative.
Perhaps it could be made a preference, like absolute vs. relative dates?

Technically this could be a preference, but not sure if we want to do it. Maybe we should revert the change in the CC field at least for now because there are still many people without any nickname, and it sometimes says just “bugzilla” because their email address is like bugzilla@example.org. The Assignee field is probably okay because most engineers, either an employee or core contributor, have a nickname.
