Similar to bug 1575797, download panel / library expects a string value for the "referrer" but it's now a ReferrerInfo or URI ?

Thanks for reporting this bug. Hmm, I tried to revert to 0e3ddf819c491d654700b3c22fcc0d69ba18092b (before bug 1575797) but the problem still exists. I think the bug causes regression should be far from bug 1575797, but still be related to ReferrerInfo
