There have been many updates to the GCP tooling that would be nice to have while working on telemetry-airflow.
We are currently on Airflow 1.10.2, released 2019-01-19. Airflow 1.10.3 was released 2019-04-06, and Airflow 1.10.4 was released 2019-08-01.

1.10.3 is the latest release, and 1.10.4 is still in rc phase.
I think the functionality you want is (https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/airflow/contrib/operators/gcs_delete_operator.py), which is currently not in 1.10.3.

According to the releases page and the git tags, it looks like it's made it out of release candidate -- https://airflow.apache.org/changelog.html#airflow-1-10-4-2019-08-06

I was looking at https://github.com/apache/airflow/releases. 1.10.4rc3 shows as prerelease?

The pypi release history (https://pypi.org/project/apache-airflow/#history) and github tags (https://github.com/apache/airflow/tags) point to two more release candidates (rc4, rc5), plus the final release on August 6th.
