we should also cvs remove
mozilla/extensions/content-packs/resources/locale/en-US/contentpacks.properties
as this is not needed any more (I can't do this in my tree without write access
though).

OK, I now changed my tree from cvs-mirror to cvs as I actually have that write
access, and I can provide a patch for removing this file. The file would have
been needed for the dialog that never worked, and that was obsoleted by my patch
to bug 137324, so we can savely remove that file that was never really used.
