Steps to reproduce:
There simply is no spell checking in the tasks menu.

Do you mean the Calendar New Tasks creation dialog?
As far as I know there isn't any spelling checking in any menu item.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, this is for Calendar's tasks. On a new task there is no spell check for any of the fields, for Title, Description when entering text. It seems like a reasonable request.
