Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Click the Online/Offline icon to go Offline
3.Open a web page stored at the hard disk
4.Collapse a toolbar
5.uncollpase the toolbar

Actual Results:  The web page dissapear

Expected Results:  To don't dissapear the web page

Yes this happens. Occurs on Moz 2002071308 , running on Win 2k also.

Confirmed on BuildID 2002071504/Win2000.
Similar thing happens when I drag a bookmark from Location Bar to Personal Toolbar.

Although, I strongly beleive it has something to do with the Bug 157487,
because these two bugs popped up pretty much simultaneously.

I believe it is because the Bug 156985 has been fixed.
