I noticed looking at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1560284 that the assignee (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/user_profile?user_id=644901) has an account that is only 19 days old. Yet I'm not seeing the New to Bugzilla flag for them in the bug.
Has the New to Bugzilla tag been accidentally broken?

The label doesn’t show up in the Assignee field though. It’s not a regression, but we could add it.

Okay :-) As far as I read the code correctly, the label is hidden from people without canconfirm privilege. So basically New to Bugzilla folks themselves don’t see the label beside their name, but most of us should be seeing it.
