hyatt and I fixed most of the problems, but there are still some problems with
scrolling up that hyatt says putterman has fixes in his local tree for.

reassigning bug to putterman.

I never saw this bug, but I fixed the scrolling up problems that I know about so
I'm marking this fixed.
