157722 - Import all information from Outlook and Assign to correct AB fields

The import function does not import all important data from Outlook address
books. Specifically, it does not import the "Notes" and the "File As" fields.

It appears to use the Outlook "Full Name" field for the "Display" field when it
should be using the "File As" field. Amoung others, this creates problems when
the Outlook entry has an honorific, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms, Dr., etc., associated
with it. The AB creates the "Display" field as "Mr. First Last" rather than
"Last, First."

It may also be helpful if other Outlook fields that do not map to AB fields be
imported into the AB "Notes" field.

These changes may not be able to be done using the standard Outlook Export
functions and may require developing an application that uses Outlook oblects.

I just tried to import addresses from OL2k (german) into Mozilla v1.4 address
book and found out that several fields haven't correctly been imported.

Internet Screen Name: has not been assigned

Work Address: the private address field has been imported instead of the work
address field.
Work City:    the private city has been imported instead of the work city
Work State:   the private state has been imported instead of the work state
Work ZIP:     the private zip code has been imported instead of the work zip code
Work Country: the private country has been imported instead of the work country

Custom 1-4:   have not been imported at all

Notes:        has not been imported at all
