Follow up from the review of bug 1571022
Currently small or large pieces of CSS are spread across
browser/themes/shared/browser.inc.css
browser/themes/shared/places/editBookmarkPanel.inc.css
browser/themes/shared/urlbar-searchbar.inc.css
others?
And they are not obvious to find or modify.
We should try to extract these into their own files similar to this example.
