1577426 - Add redirect from testing/geckodriver/geckodriver to testing/geckodriver in Firefox source docs

Formerly the geckodriver documentation was located here:

https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/geckodriver/geckodriver/index.html

And then it got moved to a location without the duplicated product name:

https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/geckodriver/index.html

Now that the Firefox Source docs support redirects we should make sure to add it, and automatically redirect users without seeing them stranded on a 404 page.

This needs to be added to:
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/tools/docs/redirects.yml
