From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020610
BuildID: 2002061014
This page displays incorrectly in Mozilla on Mac OS X.
When the page loads, many of the media object text labels appear outside of the
Mozilla application window (in addition to where they belong in the page).
I don't know if this is a problem with tables (most of the whole page is layed
out as a table), or something else.
I checked in Mozilla on Linux and I do not experience the same problem. Don't
know if it happens under Windows, as I don't run it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the indicated URL.
2. Voila.
3. Scroll page
Actual Results: When the page is first loaded, and each time you scroll, text
items are drawn outside of the Mozilla application window.
Expected Results: Ummm, no text outside of the application window. <G>

I can't say anything about MacOS, but this WFM on WinXP trunk build 2002070108.
Confirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002071508. The labels are misdrawn after the page
is scrolled. See also bug 149064. I guess we need to take another look at this
and make sure we're not at fault.

I just tried this in Mozilla 1.0 (Build: 2002052918) under OS X and the text is
not drawn outisde of the application window. So, works in 1.0, doesn't work in
1.1a (under OS X).

I can reproduced this problem in the OS X July 22 build (2002-07-22-05) after
manually resizing this window.

The behavior described in the first message of this bug still occurs in Mozilla
1.1b (Build 2002072203), though now the labels don't appear for me outside of
the application window until I scroll. With 1.1a, the text was written outside
the application window as the page was loading (in addition to each time you
scrolled.)

Here's another example of the oddball text placement outside the application window:
http://www.apple.com/macosx/
The countdown at the top of the page will appear to the left of the application
window if you page down and up.
Note that this example will most likely disappear on Aug 24th, when Jaguar is
released and (presumably) the countdown is remove.
Appears to WorkForMe using FizzillaMach/2003-04-25-08-trunk and QuickTime
Plug-in 6.1.

Greg, go for it an mark worksforme if it does (I would, but I'm not on Mac, so I
really have no way to test....)

Just to chime in (as the person who submitted this originally), I agree this is
now "worksforme" in Mozilla 1.3 under Mac OS X 10.2.5.
