157751 - Delete in urlbar autocomplete should remove entry from typed in history

bug 157749 should create an xbl binding (perhaps with callback capabilities).

After that is done, I'd like to be able to do the following in mozilla's urlbar:

enter bugzillla.mozilla.org
get some error.
enter bugzil and arrow down to select bugzillla.mozilla.org
press <delete>
see that selected entry disappear and have the selection land on the next item 
in the section if it exists.

basic example:
location: bugzil[
          bugzilla.mozilla.org
         >bugzillla.mozilla.org<
          bugzillo.timeless
          search for "bugzil" using google
press <delete>
location: bugzil[
          bugzilla.mozilla.org
         >bugzillo.timeless<
          search for "bugzil" using google

the selection should (for bonus points) fall to bugzilla.mozilla.org instead of 
the search item.

press <delete>
