Steps to reproduce:

Open Tab: about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
(Nightly Build: chrome://devtools/skin/images/aboutdebugging-firefox-nightly.svg)
(DevEdition Build: chrome://devtools/skin/images/aboutdebugging-firefox-aurora.svg)
And (chrome://devtools/skin/images/aboutdebugging-firefox-logo.svg)

Actual results:

Old icon (~69) is used.

Expected results:

New icon (70~) is used.

I confirm that I'm able to reproduce the behavior reported in Dev Edition 70.0b2 (64-bit)

I'll add a product and component so the corresponding team can take a look at this. Feel free to change it if you consider there is another one more appropriate.
