Where does this English live; where is the source file: It will be in an enterprise package that one can download on the enterprise website https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/enterprise/, I have the source file in my personal Google Drive (it was created in Pages) - that zip file is in a Box. https://mozilla.box.com/s/5uvc1hjsimtx3wvs9qdpbda47h2tix5c
What is the format of localized content delivery (in PDF): PDF
In addition to PDF, do you prefer to create the same source file as English: N/A
Do you have any style guides to share? Otherwise we will use what we have as default: You can use the original formatting as default.
Deadline: You can tell us where this can sit in your queue - we will use this file to deploy French and German versions of the enterprise pages

The zip in Box contains tons of info that are not the source of the PDF. I only need the G'doc file if you have it in your personal drive. Please place it here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TlBd8cinz4ETFK8TVT2-SC9Tm8fVrSbT. In case you need other languages or if there is an update in the future, we can add or update. If you don't have it, we will deliver just the PDF.

I expect this to be delivered mid next week. I will comment in the bug and let you know where to pick up the files.

Looks like that was an oversight, the file is now in the zip package. And the document was created in Pages and not google doc. I've dropped the file in to the folder.

Thank you so much for the quick turn

You can just deliver the PDF though! Thanks again

Got it! I don't know the reason why the guide was created in Pages. Maybe we should standardize the source file moving forward? We will deliver in both PDF and Pages.

You don't have to deliver Pages, I created it in Pages for a lack of MS Word :) Just a pdf works well!

The best practice is to have the source files delivered. It is not at an extra cost. Regarding file format in Pages, not everyone uses Mac either. So far, all the copies that came to us were drafted in Google Doc since we use the drive to create and share files.

I also want to summarize the slack chat here. The agency needs font for Firefox Shadowadedarp Sans in order to create the same look and feel. They can wait until as late as Tuesday to receive the font. You said this is not a concern and suggested to use Open Sans instead. The agency will deliver it using Open Sans font. If you need to change it, you have the source files to update the font.

@Tyler, please find the localized guides here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15w0Z5HRiqjb90kmzLIWw4lSJr_3hhAkT. Please note that the font doesn't match with the original English version but it is as close as what's available to make the PDF. Source files in .Pages format are provided in case you want to make font changes.

If there is nothing else you need, we can close the bug.

Apologies for the delay in my response. This works great, thank you so much!

Glad to hear you got what you needed. Close the bug now.
