Details

I would like to receive access to crash comments in Socorro, so that I can help with the investigation of crashes whenever that is requested from QA.

full name: Ovidiu Boca
account: oboca@mozilla.com
team: Engineering QA (desktop)
managers: Tom Grabowski, Tania Maity (CCed)
Note that I have read and agree to the terms available at https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/documentation/memory_dump_access/.

Please let me know if you need any other information on this matter. Thank you!

Approved

Ovidiu: You need to log into https://crash-stats.mozilla.com with oboca@mozilla.com, to create a crash-stats user that can get these permissions.

Here are the terms as published today:

* Crash dumps contain memory contents, and may contain private user data
* Only access dumps as necessary
* Keep data securely on Mozilla hardware
* When finished with a dump, delete it (within 30 days)
* Do not share personal data from the dump publicly (on bugzilla, irc, etc)
* Do not share personal data with non-employees, including partner organizations, without
consultation and explicit permission from Lonnen (lonnen@mozilla.com); a signed NDA and
other arrangements will be required of the other organization
* It is fine to share stack traces, analysis, and other non-personal data
* Access is conditional on employment and will be revoked upon departure from Mozilla
* Access will be removed after a year of inactivity

The most recent copy of this agreement is at: https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/documentation/memory_dump_access/

Thanks, I created the account.

Ovidiu: You have access to PII on Crash Stats. You should be able to see raw dumps now. You might have to log out and log back in again. Let me know if you have any problems!

Thank you!
