Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Read a email or watch videos on remote online sites like my email provider.
Huge security bug.

Actual results:

Some malicious code contained in images/videos etc. was executed. On Ubuntu with Firefox about 7 months ago a UEFI rootkit was installled.
Since I've moved to Windows/Chrome.

Expected results:

FF should have been sandboxed to avoid such

There's really little point in filing this bug unless you can point us to some details about which website/application etc. was involved in this alleged sandbox escape.
