1577751 - The "Give Feedback" header's page does not change based on the applied language

Environment
Device: Google Pixel C (Android 8.0.0), Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0), Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 (Android 7.0)
Build: Firefox RC 68.1

Pre-requisites:

• Before doing the steps to reproduce set device language to a different one than english.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Fennec and go to "qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/?utm_source=feedback-settings" page. /
2. Inspect the header's page.

Expected Result: The "Give Feedback" page is translated to the selected language on the device.

Actual Result: The "Give Feedback" header's page is in english no matter what language you have set.

Note:

• This issue reproduces on multiple languages: Espanol, Italian, German, Magyar, Czech.
• Screenshot attached
• As a substitute for the first step as there are multiple ways to access the page you can also: "Open Fennec and go to "Menu"/"Settings"/"Mozilla"/"Give Feedback" page."

Hi,
Update, the issue applies on: Russian, Korean, Chinese Simplified - (zh-CN), Chinese Traditional, Japanese, Turkce, Swedish, Persian, The Nederlands.

Note: On Suomi, Hindi, Lithuanian, Islenska, Arabic, Hebrew, Dansk language - the page is not translated on the specific language.
