Attached image Firefox vs Opera.png

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.etf.com/SPSB#overview
Scroll down the page to find the performance chart but you will not find it
Open same link using other browsers, you will see the chart

Actual results:

Can't find the chart using Firefox but I can using any other browser

Expected results:

to see the chart

works for me and I'm also on Firefox on a Mac. Try safe mode perhaps? Maybe it's an add-on bug.

I'm talking about the chart inside the page not the page itself. I tried again using private mode & chart is not shown

So am I. Maybe try a new profile.

Hello,
I cannot repro this issue either on a mac with 10.14.6 os using Firefox 68.0b14. The graph is shown without errors or issues.
Can you re-test while using a new profile? You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

I finally saw the chart in safe mode.
I removed Firefox completely and created a new profile and I saw the chart.

Once I sync my account, it's gone again and I can't see it.

Hello again,
This issue could be happening because of an add-on that you have installed with your profile. Once you signed in to the account the add-ons were installed back and it could be that one of them is blocking the graph.
Please try to disable them one by one and check which one could be causing the problem.
Also if you track it, please get back to me and let me know if this was indeed the problem and what add-on was causing the issue.

Finally, it's resolved and I could see the chart
I made 2 actions:

  1. I removed Add-ons from Sync
  2. I switched content blocking to Standard
Thanks so much for follow up & support
    So appreciated
