Used 07-16-08-1.0 build

Cannot delete IMAP Folders when using "Marked as deleted" mode

1) Login to an IMAP account w/"Marked as deleted" mode
2) Please notice that there is no Trash folder displaying on the folder pane for
IMAP Marked as deleted mode.
3) Select a folder from this account
4) Select Edit|Delete Folder
Actual Results: Nothing happens
Expected Results: Should delete Folder immediately (same as 4.79)

Looks good on Linux 07-18-08-trunk & Mac 07-18-08-trunk builds.
I haven't test on Windows build yet since I get installation error for today
windows trunk build....
I only test delete folders for mark as delete mode.
Navin, any scenarios that I need to cover in case any regression?

Verified on Windows 07-18-13-trunk build -> passed
Marking as verified. 
I will verify this bug again once this bug add keywords fixed1.0.1 for checking
in branch build.
